  • Information from Meta Platforms (via API permissions): When you interact with our pages, posts, or messaging accounts on Meta platforms, we receive public profile information permitted by your Meta privacy settings.   • Information Provided Directly by You: The content of your comments, direct messages, and any personal information you explicitly share within those interactions (e.g., date of birth for birthday reminders, appointment inquiries).
  • Automatically Collected Information: We log metadata associated with your interactions, such as timestamps of messages/comments, interaction history with our automated systems, server logs, browser type, and basic usage data.

We do not sell your data. We process the information collected strictly for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Automated Services: To monitor and respond to your comments on our clients' Meta properties efficiently.
  • Personalization and Engagement: To trigger personalized communications that you have implicitly or explicitly opted into, such as sending automated birthday reminders or relevant dental health updates.

How to Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our automation systems at any time. To exercise this right:
